Private Chapel, Norwood, MA

​This private chapel on a private estate outside Boston was completed in 2018.  The Neo-classical temple recalls the somber monumentality of the American Greek Revival with a copper dome and dark granite walls.

Carriage House, NORWOOD, MA

​This carriage house was designed to mirror an existing carriage house designed by The Classic Group across the entry drive of a Norwood estate.  The second floor lounge incorporates Indian architectural artifacts and custom millwork details which integrate with the Indian details.  Interior design by Anthony Catalfano Interiors and millwork by Southshore Millwork.

GEORGIAN REVIVAL ESTATE, NEWTON, MA

This new brick and limestone residence designed while Daum worked for the Classic Group,  recalls the great Georgian Revival houses of the American Renaissance.

This whole house renovation was completed by The Classic Group in 2003.  New work included a new entry portico, a dining room addition, a Master Bath and Dressing Room and a basement wine room.

Colonial residence, weStminster, MA

This design for a 3,000 square foot house was built by The Classic Group in 2006.

FRENCH STYLE RESIDENCE, NewTon, MA

This new house in Newton was influenced by the owners' passion for French architecture.  The five-bedroom house, built on a challenging site includes several terraces to the rear and an passenger elevator.

MUSIC Room, ChesTnut Hill, MA

This moldings for this new paneled room in a private residence in Chestnut hill were based upon measured drawings of The Petite Trianon at Versailles.  The room was built by The Classic Group in 2002.

Master suite, Groton, MA

This Master suite was created from two bedrooms and a family room encompassing the entire second floor of this Groton Cape.  New shed dormers to the front and rear of the house nearly doubled the usable space. The marble Master Bath includes a stall shower, a soaking tub and private WC.

New entry hall, avon, CT

This redesigned Entry Hall incorporates a new black and white checkered marble floor, an elliptical  paneled vault and a new custom mahogany door with a rim lock.

Solarium addition, Newton, MA

This solarium addition was part of a multi-phase project comprising a kitchen renovation, a mud room with a covered porch addition, a formal entry suite of rooms, family room and dining room with custom millwork. 

Cheekwood Museum of art, Nashville, TN

The renovation of this historic house for Graham Gund Architects created a new lobby, giftshop and accessible lavatories from rooms that had originally been a service corridor and a servant’s hall.  The galleries on the second floor were reconfigured both to recall their original architectural features and to ease circulation through the collection.
