The design of this 24 unit apartment building in historic Shawsheen Village is being designed in collaboration with J.D. Lagrasse Associates. Expected start 2019.

E Street Apartments, Marlborough, MA

The design of this new 70 unit loft-style building in historic Downtown Marlborough is being developed in collaboration with J.D. Lagrasse Associates.  It incorporates a parking garage, street level retail, and rooftop amenities spaces.

Fitness Facility and Maintenance Building for Tennis Club

This quick design study for a proposed addition to a tennis club near Boston was developed in association with JD LaGrasse and Associates, Inc.

Carriage House, Milton, MA

The upper level of this Milton carriage house is being renovated into a caretaker's/guest apartment. Expected completion 2018.

Palladian House, Chatham, MA

This residence for a retired gentleman is designed around a great room where he will be surrounded by his art collection and books.  The rear of the house overlooks gardens with views to the water.

Shawsheen Village Master Plan, Andover, MA

Eric Daum led a team of architects from the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art on this volunteer charrette to create a master plan for Shawsheen Village in Andover. The project's goals were to increase neighborhood density and walkability while respecting and adding to the existing Georgian Revival fabric designed by American Woolen Mills during the 1920's.

Balmoral Spa, Andover, MA

This design exercise proposes creating a new formal Georgian entry facing the Shawsheen River for this existing Georgian Revival office building.
