E Street Apartments, Marlborough, MA
The design of this new 70 unit loft-style building in historic Downtown Marlborough is being developed in collaboration with J.D. Lagrasse Associates. It incorporates a parking garage, street level retail, and rooftop amenities spaces.
Colonel William DeLancey Memorial, New York, New York
Sketches of nine theoretical schemes for a monument to Colonel William Howe De Lancey, a native son of New York City. De Lancey was born to a Loyalist family and departed the Americas during the Loyalist Diaspora. Gaining a commission in the British Army, he was appointed deputy quartermaster-general of Wellington's army in Belgium and selected the advantageous ground on which the Anglo-Dutch Army fought at Waterloo. As Wellington's Aide-de-Camp, he was sitting astride his horse in company of the Field Marshal, when he was struck in the back by a cannon ball, mortally wounded. He would linger for week, nursed by his young bride whom he had married only two months before. It is only fitting that he should be memorialized in the city of his birth.

This residence for a retired gentleman is designed around a great room where he will be surrounded by his art collection and books. The rear of the house overlooks gardens with views to the water.
Shawsheen Village Master Plan, Andover, MA
Eric Daum led a team of architects from the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art on this volunteer charrette to create a master plan for Shawsheen Village in Andover. The project's goals were to increase neighborhood density and walkability while respecting and adding to the existing Georgian Revival fabric designed by American Woolen Mills during the 1920's.
Balmoral Spa, Andover, MA
This design exercise proposes creating a new formal Georgian entry facing the Shawsheen River for this existing Georgian Revival office building.
